On his deathbed Franz Kafka instructs his friend Max Brod to burn his unpublished manuscripts. Brod does not destroy his work believing Kafka is a literary genius and escapes from Nazi Germany, bringing Kafka’s works to Palestine. At the time of Brod’s death in 1968, he leaves the manuscripts to his secretary. However, the will is open to various interpretations. Who owns Kafka? A true story based on a 2016 Israeli Supreme Court case.
